I have pleasure in presenting two further volumes of my Final Report. Each is entitled "Criteria For Evaluation".

• Volume II deals with Transportation, Planning and
  Economic Criteria.

• Volume III is concerned with Social and
  Environmental Criteria.

The contribution by the Public to this Inquiry has been enormous. Much of that contribution has been preserved in these volumes.

The Criteria for Evaluation may assist in future environmental inquiries, including those established under Part V of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1980.
